HOW I VENTURED INTO REAL ESTATE...

After being in the field of Dentistry for 20 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist as well as Faculty Member at USC School of Dentistry, I was at a unique crossroads. The decision was made to leave my dental career in order to steer toward a new passion, Real Estate.  This new passion is derived from having enjoyed going through both sides of the transaction process (purchasing/selling) and everything it entailed in between. With having sales experience for several decades, as well as experience with Property Management since 2009, this enabled the transition from my previous career to Real Estate be quite seamless.
I make it a top priority to take away the "stress" of the entire transaction process so that individuals can actually enjoy the experience. That "feeling" of purchasing a first time home or a first time investment property is like no other feeling . It is at the forefront of my mindset, and I will always make it my top priority to help others achieve the end goal of home ownership! My determination, drive, as well as desire all go hand in hand to set me apart from my colleagues. My one on one negotiation skills will secure you the best deal! I have worked with clients helping them find Residential as well as Commercial properties.  With having completed 840 hours of Education in Finance, Economics, Appraisal, Property Management, as well as Office Administration, I am currently in the process of taking the Broker State Board Exam. I believe that the power of knowledge is the key to success, and therefore I didn't "settle" at just becoming a Real Estate Agent.
